Online shopping: Step by step guide (with picture)

 

In this guide, we’re going to show you how to find a product online and make a transaction.

1 Register/ Sign ATCkit account

Step 1: Click “Login/Register” on the right top of screen

Step 2: Input requested info.

  • 2 1 Register if you are not registered customer yet
  • 2 2. Login if you are already our customer
  • Register/ Sign ATCkey account

2 Look for your product on ATCkit

You can search item in 2 ways:

  • Typing the Supplier Part in search bar. (Already know the Supplier Part Number)
  • Click on a specific category (such as “Easy board”) and browse until you find a product you like. Alternatively, you can get a board view of more detail categories by clicking the “Product Index” on navigator bar or by viewing products on promotion

3  Look for your product on ATCkit

After choosing a product, an information table about chosen products will display.

  • 1 Be noticed the range of quantity (if any), we use the quantity based pricing for several products.
  • 2 Input quantity.
  • 3 Click “Buy”.

A pop-up box appears, choosing 2 options:

  • 1 If you want to buy other items, click “continuing shopping”.
  • 2 If not, click view cart.

  • - Shopping cart with all selected items shows up. You can get an overview about your order here. Don’t forget USD rate on the top right of the screen (AT-COM using the USD rate of Asea Commercial Bank – ACB) and lead time of each product.
  • - You can also change quantity or delete any item by click the trash bin icon.

4 Checkout

There are 4 steps to accomplish check out info.

Step 1: Fill out Billing and Shipping information

  • 1 Click “Edit” to enable fill out requested info
  • 2 Click “Back to cart” if you come back shopping cart screen
  • 3 Click “Continue” to convey to Step 2

Step 2: Choose appropriate shipping method.

At AT-COM we apply FCA (Free Carrier) intercom as our shipping method.

  • - UPS Worldwide Express Saver
  • - FedEx International Priority
  • - DHL International Express
  • - Domestic in Vietnam

All above shipment methods apply all over 220 countries and territories.

Step 3: Choose appropriate payment method:

  • - Pay with Domestic Credit Card
  • - Pay with Credit Card
  • - Paypal

PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at ATCkit.azapp.vn to purchase items by Credit Card. ATCkit cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.

  • - Wire Transfer /Proforma

A wire transfer. proforma is a fast way to move money electronically from one person or institution (unity) to another using a bank or a nonbank provider. No physical money moves between locations. The term “wire transfer” comes from an era when banks relied on telegraph wires for this type of money transfer.

A bank wire consists of instructions about who will get the money, including the bank account number and how much the recipient should get. Nonbank wire transfers might not require a bank account, depending on the service, but they will require the recipient’s name, the transfer amount and the destination. You pay the amount upfront, so the transfer is final once processed.

  • - Net 30 day

Using Net 30 payment method means that you will pay ATCkit in full on or before the 30th calendar day (including weekends and holidays) of when the goods were dispatched by the seller or the services were fully provided.

Step 4: Preview all buying information.

In this step, all checkout information will show down. You can review it again before Submit order.

Appropriate site show as your chosen payment method. Please input your information as requested.

5 Order confirm

We will send you Order Confirm.
